1. Application of General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions below have been drawn up to cover situations arising from the Internet-based offering of JURA Elektroapparate AG at www.juraworld.com By placing his order, the customer states that he has read, understood and unreservedly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
JURA Elektroapparate AG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Conclusion of contract
By ordering an article, the customer enters into a contract with JURA Elektroapparate AG. The customer receives confirmation of the receipt of his order immediately. The article is invoiced at the prices and conditions prevailing on the day of order. JURA Elektroapparate AG reserves the right to modify the product range available on the website at www.juraworld.com at any time.
Orders from abroad cannot be processed.
3. Delivery
Articles are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Goods are sent by post.
Deliveries can only be made within Switzerland.
4. Goods out of stock
Goods which are out of stock when an order is received will be supplied subsequently, when available. The customer is notified of this in writing.
5. Checking goods
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods on receipt. If goods are damaged or incomplete, the customer must register a complaint with JURA Elektroapparate AG within eight days of receipt. Complaints received after this date cannot be accepted.
6. Right of return
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. JURA Elektroapparate AG accepts the return of goods only in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

7. Prices
The prices quoted on the website at www.juraworld.com are in Swiss francs and include VAT at the prevailing rate. The cost of post and packaging is charged to the customer. JURA Elektroapparate AG reserves the right to amend prices and the cost of post and packaging at any time.
8. Conditions of payment
Articles can only be ordered using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
9. Limitation of liability
JURA Elektroapparate AG is not liable under any circumstances.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All legal issues are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these conditions is Balsthal (SO).
